Pixie Lott continues to carve herself a career – this time she’s an actress. Who knew! The star of Fred: The Movie alongside Lucas Cruickshank tells me she didn’t worry too much about squeezing into a bikini for her role in the flick. “It wasn’t nerve wracking getting into a bikini for the film as we were in LA so I was mainly in my bikini by the beach anyway,” she revealed. “I don’t have much time to think about it or get to the gym. I don’t think I would go naked for a role. It depends on the character but I don’t think I’d be comfortable doing that.”
And who would she like to star alongside as far as a leading man is concerned? “Robert Pattinson, Zac Efron and Ashton Kutcher,” she squealed. Who wouldn’t!

This week Kelly Brook said she regularly gives out her phone number to men but changes it often when they all start calling her to sort dates. But I wonder whether the star is going to change her digits after her latest “swopsies”. I spied the single star swapping numbers with rapper Dizzee Rascal as the pair were preparing to leave the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Woman of the Year bash at Banqueting House earlier this week. Bonkers.

I hear Eva Longoria had to seek special permission from the producers of Desperate Housewives to allow her to host tomorrow’s EMAs in Madrid. The women are midway through shooting the new series and the star was only allowed out of Wysteria Lane on the proviso that she flew immediately back after the night. A source reveals: “She arrived in Madrid in style via private jet with nine girlfriends and a trunk full of Victoria Beckham dresses.”

US popstrel Miley Cyrus has an interesting rider on the night – it includes and family size box of Kellogg’s Frosties. Rock n’ Roll! NOT!

Oh, and you’ll need a pair of sunglasses during Ke$ha’s set at the awards. Dressed from head to toe in dayglow florescent outfits complete with multicoloured wigs. My source tells me: “The make-up department had to order in hundreds of brightly coloured eyelashes and spray paint for her 13 backing dancers.” Sounds wild.

Kelly Brook has been looking super svelte of late hasn’t she?

I saw her this week and she was teeny tiny and it’s really noticeable that the usually curvy one has been on a diet. The star pitched up at the LG Optimus One bash in Leicester Square last night and looked tiny once again. Anyway, Pearl and Daisy Lowe (below) span the tunes – together for the first time and Mr Hudson also performed a live set.

A source on the inside tells me Kel spent all night drinking soft drinks and was telling anybody who would listen that it was part of her “new health regime”. I guess she’s getting serious about getting fit. But if you ask me the curves were better!

Supermodel turned telly gal Jodie Kidd looked stunning as per usual last night as she welcomed guests to an intimate drinks party at the Saatchi Gallery Mess to help raise money for Dentaid and their Campaign for World Wide Smiles.
Guests enjoyed an evening of fantastic live music from Beaux Saunders and the Scarlet Starlets and designers present kindly donated pieces for the live auction that took place, and an amazing £7000 was raised on the night.
Celebrity guests included Katie Melua, former Strictly champ Tom Chambers (below) and Vanessa Feltz.

T4 presenter Miquita Oliver isn’t an ice skating pro from the looks of this shot! Ha!

She looks as comfortable on the ice as I am. Which is not at all!

Miquita joined other names including Kirsten O’Brien, Bobby Davro and Andy Akinwolere at the Natural History Museum Ice Rink last night as it celebrated its Winter opening season.

The rink – set within the grounds of one of my favourite buildings in the capital – is a fabulous holiday event. It officially opens tonight and runs until January 9, 2011.

InStyle magazine held a star studded bash this week at the Dolce and Gabbana store in London this week. Harry Potter star Bonnie Wright was the big draw, X Factor creative team Grace Woodward (above with me) and Brian Friedman nattered shop alongside the dancefloor, former Sugababe Keisha Buchanan told me we will finally get to hear her solo material early 2011, Eliza Doolittle span the tunes and Jameela Jamil said her red D+G dress made her look like a big flower.

It’s my sad duty to report Peaches Geldof and her Hollywood producer boyfriend Eli Roth have called time on their relationship.
My sources tell me after just eight short months Peaches and Eli mutually agreed to part company, citing work commitments and too much time apart as the main cause of the split.
A source close to the pair reveals: “Peaches is really sad that things didn’t work out with Eli.
“They were very much in love and she’d never been so nuts about a guy. But both are hard workers and they both have huge work commitments coming up and they were due to be spending so much time apart.
“It was almost better for them to part ways before things got even trickier with making time for each other. They remain great friends and her time spent with him will remain extremely precious – but it’s over.”
It’s no huge surprise that the pair, who first stepped out in public at this year’s Vanity Fair Oscars party, must have struggled to make things work.
Eli’s been all over the globe promoting his latest hit movie The Last Exorcism. Peaches went on the road for a bit of it – but she always knew she was going to be chasing the promo trail with Eli if they lasted as a couple.
And what’s even worse is the timing of this break-up. Peaches has had a crappy old couple of months.
Her grandfather, Bob Snr, and her aunt both passed away recently and it was also the 10th anniversary of her mother Paula Yates’ death.
Fortunately friends of the star have rallied around her and they tell me she’s now throwing all her energy into work. “She’s got loads in the pipeline,” adds the source. “She’s been busily working on TV projects and she’s going to be back in the UK in January to work on a major TV project.
“She’s not sitting about feeling sorry for herself. She’s ambitious with her career and still has a lot that she wants to achieve. Peaches really wants to make a go of being a presenter – and is just at the beginning of her career.”
