It’s been a lifelong ambition for Jedward to be on stage at with their idol Britney Spears. And I’m delighted to see it finally happened yesterday at the O2 Arena in London.

The boys look besides themselves to have been sharing the stage with the Princess of Pop. Good for them!

Britney Spears is looking sexy and back to her best as she takes a moment to rehydrate with a Glacéau vitaminwater on the set of new vid Till The World Ends. This snap was taken as she wrapped ‘Day One’ of the shoot.

The star looked chilled in a studded black leather jacket and UGG boots. But can somebody let her know she may have laddered her tights….

How is touring with Britney?
Oh, it was fun! We’re on show number 4 I think and the energy is amazing. Britney is a sweet girl and her production is crazy, so it’s really a lot of fun. I love coming to the UK and it seems more and fun every time I come!

What’s Britney like!?
Oh, she’s a sweetheart! And her production is just amazing, so I give it to her – she works a long set. She’s really cool, really sweet girl!

What was it like writhing around with [her ex] Justin Timberlake on the ‘Love, Sex, Magic’ video!?
It was fun! Justin’s really down to earth – one of those artists who when I look back years from now, will be one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had with an actual artist. You know, he’s just really cool!

Justin or Enrique?
I can’t say! Both! Ha ha!

Anything funny happening on tour with Britney?
I’m sure there has. Oh, well I don’t know whether I want to tell you what goes on because I’ll give it away and you’ll know it’s me when I’m doing it – but maybe a little later I’ll tell you. The way it all goes down…it’s something hilarious.

Do you socialise with Britney after the show?
No, the first day, she came by and said ‘Hi’! But we’ve pretty much been getting on with the show. But we have said ‘hi’ and when I pass her I’m like ‘Hey Brit!’ so we’ve had those moments!

Has she given you any advice?
Oh no, we didn’t talk that much!

And before you go on stage, do you do any exercises? You both have amazing figures!
Thank you! I’ll be honest – I haven’t trained in so long, but what I do do is stretch. Definitely stretching. I sit there and do splits and hold for a few seconds. I listen to my music – my show music – and get into the mood, play around and have fun!

What about Britney?
I couldn’t even tell you!

What do you do to stay in shape?
It’s all about moderation – eating in moderation. I just try not to overeat when it comes to desserts and I try to go easy on the carbs because that’s where it really kicks the butt! Every day…Brownie, brownie, brownie, French fries, French fries, burger, burger! So I just try to cut down a little – if I’m getting ready for an Awards do or a video or photoshoot, I like to work out!

What kind of exercise do you do?
I train for like an hour. I do a little weight training and I do a little cardio – too much will make me go skinny!

I hate to say it – but if this is what she really sounds like then I hope she DOES mime! It sounds horrific! Thoughts?!

At the end of her performance of Slave 4 U, Britney let slip to the audience. “Y’all, my pussy was hanging out!” She may be a class act – but this girl is far from classy. On the plus side, she is totally hilarious! And the poor lamb is probably not used to microphones being turned on…..

Britney Spears is back Bitches! And from the looks of things Britney is back in her full capacity! The star released a special 2-minute behind the scenes look of what the Circus tour is going to look like! I can’t wait for it to swing into London!

This time tomorrow we’ll know whether the show cuts the mustard – it opens in New Orleans tonight! Good luck Britters!

In fact I hear that the star has an incredible 14 dates reserved at London’s O2 Arena. The star’s already announced six dates in May and June 2009 but is going to try for 14. My source tells me: “She knows the UK is a big market for her. And wants to repay the fans for supporting her. She wanted to see how many she could do and they think 14 dates is manageable.”

Good for her. Oh, and just remember it will be a great show with amazing production and dancing – and you won’t even notice that she mimes throughout…..

Then during her meltdown everything was called off when Britney ditched Larry. Well, he was actually always more of a lawyer than a music manager anyway….

Anyway, now Britney’s getting better – I am told it’s going to be a long process of recovery – she’s taken Larry back on as her manager and the idea of a residency in Las Vegas is back in the pipeline. A source reveals: “Larry had the deal ready to sign before but this time round it’s being re-negotiated. The money’s bigger this time too. You are talkign $60 million if she were to do a six month residency.” Not bad money for Britters – not that she needs it.

It would be ace to see her back on stage – especially now he’s back working out in the gym so much and looking better every day! You go, Brit.
