Michael Jackson eyes up Rod Stewart's pad for his London base during his This Is It tour!

Watch out residents of Epping, Michael Jackson could be your new neighbour!

I hear the King of Pop has his heart set on renting the home of ageing rocker Rod Stewart during his residency at London’s O2 Arena for his This Is It tour. A source in the Jacko camp reveals: “Michael’s already sent people to see the house and thinks it would be perfect for him and the children to live in during his stay in the UK.

“It’s likely he’ll rent the pad for an entire month so as he can settle the children into the place before he goes off to work on his final UK shows.”

Rod’s pad, previously owned by Winston Churchill, boasts 180 acres of private land surrounding the 100-year-old building. I wonder if Michael will check out the local nightlife at Essex’s premier club Faces! I somehow doubt it…..
