Last night saw the launch of Nokia Comes With Music at the plush Bloomsbury Ballroom in London. I was down at the event to see the stars turn out for the cameras – and there was no shortage of celebrities. It always makes me laugh at these events – celebs will always show up when there’s any sort of chance of a free phone!

I spotted the X-Factor’s Creative Director Brian Friedman, Dizzee Rascal and Martine McCutcheon waiting for the PRs to bring them their shiny new phones!

One star who didn’t venture out (for once) was socialite Paris Hilton. The star was holed up at her hotel after a hard days work filming her new reality show for ITV2 where she searches the UK for a new best friend. It’s not like her to miss a party.
Interestingly it’s almost like the whole of London has become slightly bored of the blonde Simple Life star in the past few days. She’s been out clubbing non-stop since she landed here just after a week ago. I think the UK seemed to prefer Paris when she was a little more mysterious – having someone like her ‘on tap’ leads to over exposure. My advice to her is hide for a wee while. Then we’ll all be gagging for her once more. She leaves within about a week – so all will return to normal on the London party circuit soon enough!

Anyway, tunes at the party were spun by Radio One hunk Nick Grimshaw and there was a queue literally around the block from the venue with everyone waiting in the cold. It was the party everyone wanted to be inside!

American star Jordin “No Air” Sparks was on hand to provide a little US glamour, Nicky Haslam swanned around the party talking to the Queens of the social scene including uber cool model Poppy Delevingne (above) and Dolce and Gabbana David Gandy (below) oozed sex as he made his way around the bash.

I also enjoyed catching up with my good pal model Olivia Inge and her charming sister Alexia (below). The pair have launched their own website that is taking the beauty world by storm – it’s jam packed with news, views and beauty products to die for. Check out www.cultbeauty.co.uk.
