Fantastic news for Cheryl Cole fans. Insiders tell me that the Girls Aloud singer will be announced as the new X-Factor judge within hours. If not by the morning. A source reveals: “Cheryl will not leave Girls Aloud – it will work with the band and she will be able to work her arse off and do both. Simon Cowell has wanted her on the show since before Britain’s Got Talent searched for judges and he’s ecstatic she’s decided to make it happen. It’s perfect timing and a great platform for Cheryl as a solo girl. But she’s not quitting the band for the show.”
